Scientific Conference 2026 at the NBB School
Scientific lectures, promising graduate students, and a special guest performance
The School of Neurobiology, Biochemistry & Biophysics (NBB) held its annual scientific conference at the Herods Tel Aviv Hotel.
The event, dedicated to scientific research and academic collaboration, was opened with welcoming remarks by the heads of the school, Prof. Joel Hirsch and Prof. Ronit Pinkas-Kramarski.
The scientific program included an introduction to the Principal Investigators, followed by detailed scientific lectures by Dr. Hagar Lavian and Dr. Robb Mallik. In addition, graduate students presented their ongoing research in a series of fast-paced blitz talks, providing insight into the future of scientific endeavors at the school.
Following lunch, the professional gathering concluded with a special guest performance by mentalist Yaron Zigi.
